Untiy September blog Hop with Brutus Monroe

Hi all and welcome to This months Unity Blog hop with Brutus Monroe. These kits are serously AMAZING and you are going to want them all...

For this first one I used Dance with Denim Background. I am obsessing over this stamp. So many ideas for it... 

Kits used:
I stamped this card on Green Card Stock and sewed around it. Then White heat embossed the sentiment.
The heart is done with Distress ink and then I spritzed it with water, then stamped it on my watercolor paper.

I am still obsessed with this Moose! 

Kits Used: 

I tore some copy paper in a circle and used they paper with the whole in it as a mask. I  laid it down over my white card stock then stamped the background over it to give it  this fun effect. 
I stamped the Background image Barn wall in Peacock Geathers Distress ink

Kits used:

I gave little Alfie a home. Isn't he sooo cute!!! I colored up the images tihe Copic markers. Barn wall is inked up with Distress ink Barn Door.
 I used Lawn Fawn Grass Die cute.

Kits used:
I colored up the Image with copic markers.  SO Fun right!!! LOVE this Barn Wall stamp! I inked the barn wall stamp up with Gina K Navy ink

I used the Lawn Fawn grass die for this one. 
Don't you just love stamping on colored Card Stock??? I know I do! 
I colored this stunning pumpkin with Copic markers.

Kits Used:

I paper pieced these adorable stamps up... Aren't they so cute!

There is a video for this one so keep your eyes open for it. It sure was fun to make...

I watercolored this one up and used Tim Holtz stencils  for the back ground.

July Unity Blog Hop

Hi all Amanda here to kick things off for our Unity Blog Hop! 

If you have never hopped with us before its easy, at the end of my blog there is a list of us Unity Design Team Members follow the list and leave a comment on each of our blogs. 2 random people will be picked to win some UNITY goodies. What could be better, Cute Snowmen, Vintage Truck, and Angie Girls OH MY!
I had so much fun making these cards I didn't leave my craft room for 2 days!!!
Ok maybe not 2 days but boy did I need a little Christmas in July fun! Lets get started.

 Kit name is:

For the circle die I used Gina Marie designs die along with the snowflakes,  the scallop die is from Spellbinders, and the trees are from Sizzix  big die. I colored these cute snowmen up with Copic and Spectrum Noir maker.
 I also sewed around the edges of my layered card stalk. 

Kit name is:
Snowmen and bunnies EEEEK!  

Dies used are
Square  & Circle and Snowflake  Gina Mari designs Die 
Scallop die Spellbinders die
This cutie is colored up with Copic's I made this little tag 25 with my cricut 
I layered the card with christmas scraps and Washi.

Kit Name is:
I used Lace Doililies and Snowflakes from Gina Marie Designs Dies
Red Doily behind is from Sizzix
Scallop and the shape that the girl is stamped on are from Spellbinders.
I colored her up with Copic markers, and added some washi.

Kit Name:
Lace doililies from Gina Marie Designs
Rectangle is from Sizzix
Flower is from Tim Holtz
 I inked up the edges with vintage photo and sewed around my layers.
I colored it up with Copic markers.

Aren't those snowmen CUTE!

I sewed around the edges and inked them up with Tim Holts Distress ink. I colored everything with Ciopic markers.

Kit Name:
Oval Dollie Die, Snow Flakes Gina Marie Designs Die
Stitched Oval  Sizzix
Tree Sizzix Big Die
I colored this cutie up with Copic markers and inked up the edges with Tim Holtz  Vintage distress ink.
I also Sewed around my layers.

Growing in Unity Blog Hop

Hi all, Amanda here to share a fun card with you. 
I made this card with the New Kit Your Forever Beautiful, I also used Time to be Happy, Today with you, and the new Sequin Audry.
 I did the technique No line coloring. and used water colors for the flowers. I hope you like it. Don't forget to leave a comment.

Hi all Amanda here to start this months Unity Birthday Bash Blog hop!

First up is this beautiful Angie girl Margaret  I LOVE this Angie girl kit.
I put washi tape with birthday cakes to give it a festive feel! For her dress I used Gray, Black, and Hot Pink Copic markers and dotted them for a cute party dress!

I added Wink of Stella to the balloons so they shimmer.
I did a vintage photo distress ink wash for the back ground and splattered black, then added heart sequence.

I am IN LOVE this this camera! Focus on the Things is what its called. OBSESSED!
I watercolored it and added the Fun camera washi.

Added some sequence and there you go! LOVE IT!

I cut out the butterfly's and glued them randomly over the circle die. For information on how I did this kind of technique check out the Unity Blog >>> Bright and Vibrant Cards that Pack a PUNCH! <<<
Its such a fun technique that really takes no time at all!
 I watercolored the Cake and Butterflys!

I loved this one so much I had to do another card with her! That Party dress is so FUN! I added star sequence to it after I watercolored it up!

I also added some glitter glue to her straps  and to the under layer of her dress! 

Obsessed Floral is next. 
I layered 3 layers and added a black outline for the layered affect.
I then added Vellum to the top for a muted look.  

Here is a little peek at this months KOTM! People its going to be AMAZING!!!

April Blog Hop

Hi all Amanda here for this months Unity Blog Hop.
We have a new cuddlebug release.

This Bear is so CUTE... 
 I used 
The Bees are from 

I stamped the honey comb stamp for the background and used distress ink to color it. I then used a colored pencil to color in select ones to make it look like honey. 
I used Watercolors and Colored Pencils to color the bear and bees.

 The Seahorse is so fun to color...

I have so many Ideas for it.

I used watercolors to color these seahorses up, and added some wink of stella to the sea horse.

I made one more with this one... EEEK LOVE
I used Tim Holtz distress inks to make the water color background and then I used Tim Holtz stencils  over that to give it texture!

I used a few kits to make this one.

Look at this darling little Penguin, so cute! A must have for sure!

I water Colored him and used Gina Marie Design Dies 
and Wavy Lawn Fawn for the water.

I just love this planner girl! She comes with all kinds of little craft accessories, and fun sayings like Happy mail, Stalking the Mail carrier, I love Unity, It's here it's here, and I love all things UNITY!

I used Copic's to color her up along with all her accessories.

GIU Day 5

Hi everyone oh its Friday the last day for my GIU week! I am so sad to see it come to an end. Spring is coming and flowers will soon be in full bloom! I love making flower cards and I love water coloring so I thought why not make my last GIU day my 2 Fav's. 
I used the Smooching technique for the background
The Kit used is As we go along.
It's so beautiful watercolored.

I added Wink of Stella to the flowers to give them some glimmer and glossy accents to the jar and drops to the leaves. Don't forget to leave a comment for your chance to win some Unity Prizes!
